To be considered for a Project SENA Scholarship, please read and review carefully the information below and fill in completely and accurately. To be considered, you must submit a valid Tribal Identification Card or a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with this application (see field below on how to upload your ID Card or CIB). Applications without the TIC or CIB, or applications that are incomplete, will not be processed.

Please allow up to 3 months for your application to be reviewed and determined. Upon review, you will be contacted for an initial interview and assessment of your completed application.

Project SENA reviews each application separately to determine eligibility and program validation. All awards are made on a case-by-case basis. Scholarship Awards made by Project SENA are based on available funding, program tuition costs and verification of enrollment to program. Awards may be in the form of partial tuition costs.
